Tanto exists because we lived the problem before we tried to sell the solution.
Before Tanto, our team ran diligence processes, integrated acquisitions, and scaled operating businesses — work where sloppy execution shows up in the numbers within a quarter, not a strategy deck. When we started experimenting with AI inside those businesses, we watched the same pattern play out everywhere: promising pilots, impressive demos, and almost nothing that survived contact with a real production system.
Our mission is simple: bring AI out of the pilot and into the parts of a business that actually run it. We do that by embedding — engineers and operators inside client teams, writing real code against real systems, staying accountable for what happens after the demo ends. Not a slide.
